The first cohort of Reclamation has completed, and a new June cohort is being planned.

Reclamation is a 6-week trauma-informed class for survivors who are ready to reconnect with the parts of themselves they had to hide, shrink, silence, or abandon in order to survive.

Using Internal Family Systems, shadow work, nervous system awareness, and guided reflection, the class focuses on softening the internalized critic, reconnecting with lost parts of self, strengthening boundaries, and rebuilding identity after relational trauma.

This class is not crisis care and does not replace individual therapy.
