Shadow Work & Identity Repair Class for Survivors of Narcissistic Abuse

Our next cohort starts Thursday, September 24, 2026! Register to reserve your spot below.

This class is not crisis care and does not replace individual therapy.

Led by Brenda Stephens, LPCC, MS, founder of the Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Center.

This is a 6-week trauma-informed class for survivors who are ready to reconnect with the parts of themselves they had to hide, shrink, silence, or abandon in order to survive.

Using Internal Family Systems, shadow work, nervous system awareness, and guided reflection, the class focuses on softening the internalized critic, reconnecting with lost parts of self, strengthening boundaries, and rebuilding identity after relational trauma.

Space is limited — register below to reserve your spot for this cohort.
