Reclamation: Shadow Work and Identity Repair After Narcissistic Abuse is a 6-week trauma-informed class for survivors who are ready to reconnect with the parts of themselves they had to hide, shrink, silence, or abandon in order to survive.
Using Internal Family Systems, shadow work, nervous system awareness, and guided reflection, the class focuses on softening the internalized critic, reconnecting with lost parts of self, strengthening boundaries, and rebuilding identity after relational trauma.
